This policy explains how SchoolRun Circle handles information when families use the app to plan school runs, choose trusted adults, show ride status, and help children understand who is picking them up.

What the app stores
SchoolRun Circle may store family commute details that you enter, including child names, trusted adult names, pickup details, school drop-off details, comfort notes, ride status, pickup phrases, and circle activity. The current iOS app is local-first and stores this information on your device.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not use third-party advertising in the app. We do not track children across apps or websites. SchoolRun Circle does not independently verify parents, drivers, schools, or guardians; families are responsible for choosing the trusted adults they add to their circle.
How information is used
Information in the app is used to show the school run plan, make handoffs clearer, show ride progress, record completion steps, and help children recognize the approved adult for a specific ride. If you contact us for support, we use your message and email address to reply.
Your choices
You can edit or remove information inside the app. You can also delete the app from your device to remove locally stored app data controlled by iOS. For support or deletion questions, contact us at hello.launchdesk@gmail.com.
Children and safety
SchoolRun Circle is designed to help parents communicate clear ride plans with children. It is not an emergency service, a background-check service, or a replacement for parent, school, or guardian judgment.
